How to Order Custom Hi Vis Vests: Buyer Checklist

In short: send your logo, vest style, required standard, colour, logo positions, size breakdown, quantity and delivery country. We reply with a digital mockup and a factory quote, make a physical sample, and start bulk production once you approve it.

2. Mockup and quote

We send a digital mockup showing each logo with its size and position on the vest, together with a quote for your quantity and, if useful, the next price break. If the spec has a compliance risk (for example a back logo that is too large for the smallest size) we flag it here.

3. Physical sample

After you approve the mockup we make a real sample with your logo and labels. Check the fluorescent colour, logo colour and position, fit across sizes, pockets and closures. Comments go back into the sample until you approve it in writing; the approved sample becomes the standard for bulk.

4. Bulk production and inspection

Fabric and tape are cut, sewn and branded in our factory. We inspect logo position, print or stitch quality, tape bonding and stitching, measurements and packing against the approved sample. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

5. Packing and shipping

Vests are folded, polybagged and packed by size with your carton marks. We ship by sea, air or express to your forwarder or door, and provide the commercial documents for customs. Lead time for sample and bulk is confirmed in the quote, because it depends on the style, logo method and quantity.

Before you order: three common mistakes

Ordering a “Class 3 vest”. A sleeveless vest can’t be Class 3. See Class 2 vs Class 3.
A huge back logo. It can push the smallest size below the fluorescent area minimum.
Approving on a screen only. Fluorescent colours look different on screen; approve a physical sample.
