This policy explains how Yolite (“we”) handles personal data collected through customhivisvest.com.
What we collect
- Quote and contact requests: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery country, the details of your request and any logo file you upload.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare mockups and quotations, make samples and fulfil orders, and to keep records of our business correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data because you asked us to (steps prior to a contract) and for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with service providers we need to run the website and email (such as our hosting provider) and, for orders, with logistics providers that deliver your goods.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing reflective@reflective.cn.
