Vest styles
Six base vests that we brand with your logo. Each can be built in fluorescent yellow, orange or red, in sizes XS to 5XL, to ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 or EN ISO 20471 where a certified vest is required.

Style 01
The zipper vest is the most ordered base for custom hi vis vests. A full-length front zipper keeps the vest closed and flat, so a chest logo reads cleanly and the vest stays put on windy sites. It is the usual choice for contractors issuing one vest per worker and for corporate uniform programmes.
Style 02
A breakaway vest separates at the shoulders, sides and front when it is pulled hard, so a vest snagged on a vehicle mirror or rotating machinery tears away instead of dragging the wearer. Five-point breakaway is common for traffic control, flaggers and public safety (ANSI Type P) users.
Style 03
Mesh vests are cooler in summer and in hot regions, which means people actually keep them on. The trade-off is print surface: open mesh takes heat transfer and large back prints well, while fine chest detail or embroidery is better on a solid patch. A dark lower panel hides dirt on site.
Style 04
Surveyor vests carry the tools of the job: tablet or A4 drawing pocket, pen slots, radio pocket, mic tabs and a large back pocket. They suit engineers, inspectors, supervisors and survey crews who wear the vest as a work garment rather than a cover-up.
Style 05
Silver reflective tape sewn on an orange or yellow contrast trim gives extra contrast in daylight and a stronger branded look. Many buyers use the trim colour to separate roles, for example yellow vest with orange trim for supervisors.
Style 06
Blue, red, green, purple and black vests with reflective tape are popular for events, volunteers, marshals and staff identification. They are not certified hi-vis garments, because ANSI/ISEA 107 and EN ISO 20471 only accept fluorescent yellow, orange-red or red backgrounds. Use them where people need to be identified, not where traffic or machinery is a risk.
