Everything you can change on a custom hi vis vest: logo method and position, colours, reflective tape, pockets, sizes, labels and packing. Built in our own factory and checked against the standard you need.

Logo methods

Screen print, heat transfer, embroidery or reflective lettering?

Choose by artwork, fabric and wash conditions, not by habit. This is how the four methods compare on custom hi vis vests.

Logo position

Where your logo can go

Left or right chest – the most common position, up to about palm size, on the fluorescent panel beside the zipper.
Upper back – the large, high-visibility position for company names and team IDs, above the upper reflective band.
Between the bands (back) – used for reflective lettering such as SECURITY or STAFF.
Pocket or patch – embroidered or printed patch sewn on, ideal for mesh vests.

Logos are never placed on top of the retroreflective tape, and on certified vests we check that the visible fluorescent area still meets the class minimum on your smallest size. See does a logo affect compliance?

Build options

Colours, tape, pockets and fit

Fluorescent colours

Fluorescent yellow (yellow-green), orange and red for certified vests; any colour for event and staff vests.

Reflective tape

2-inch (50 mm) silver tape as standard; segmented heat-transfer tape for breathability; contrast-trim tape.

Closures

Zipper, hook-and-loop, snap buttons or five-point breakaway.

Pockets & tabs

Chest, pen, radio, tablet and back pockets; clear ID holder; mic tabs.

Sizes

XS to 5XL, one-size adjustable, or your own size chart.

Labels & packing

Your woven or printed labels, care labels, hangtags, single polybags and carton marks.

Artwork

Artwork we need from you

Vector logo: AI, PDF, EPS or SVG. A high-resolution PNG works for heat transfer.
Pantone (PMS) colours if you have them; otherwise we match to a printed sample.
Logo positions and sizes, or a sketch on a photo of the vest.
Any text for reflective lettering and its font.

We send back a digital mockup with every logo dimensioned before the physical sample is made.

Private label

Packed your way

Distributors and safety brands can order custom hi vis vests under their own brand: neck labels, care labels with your details, hangtags, single polybags with size stickers and outer cartons printed with your marks. Packing is agreed on the sample stage, so the first bulk order arrives ready to sell.
